Don’t buy anything from this company ever

I ordered seats covers. I didn’t like the way they fit. I asked for a refund. They wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee and $30 shipping. That accounted for 32% of my total purchase. They basically ripped me off and weren’t interested in even giving me a refund. I will order from Amazon and Ebay going forward. Autoanything isn’t interested in customer satisfaction. I asked them to waive the restocking fee. They said no way. It’s a *** company!!

On. 25 nov after explaining to auto anything I had no way to print their label I UPS their pkg to San Diego address. Today 2 Dec 2019 4:05 PM they sent me via fed ex a complete new box with the same product I was returning for credit. Why?? I finally got through on858 569 **** number spoke Lady named Kit. Most helpful she could not explain confusion but would snail mail me a return label. Does this make sense? I ups a return for credit they send me the same product in a new box that I have to return again. Is it me??

23 Nov Ms Carter customer service called. Reportedly having personnel problems. Would contact me by 27th with RMA. If problem call 800 874 ****. It is disconnected. 25 Nov receive Email to download FedEx label & return unopened product. I Email cant download and FedEx 30 miles away, I will absorb cost. No reply I call above number & 858 569 ****. Put on hold twice for 5 minutes. I Email the aforementioned request reply nothing. Inform them will ship UPS.No reply. I shipped UPS to their San Diego address on web site give them tracking number no reply as of 10:43 of 25 Nov. Enclosed in shipping box request for refund $208.08 to my cc. Never had this problem anywhere purchasing anything, and I'm old.

Don't buy from AutoAnything.com They say they will price match but they do not! I asked if they would price match items and they said no they would lose money. I replied as soon as you log on to your website it says you price match but you don't! The salespeople are smart *** and Liars also. If you chat with a salesperson you don't get is cheap of a price as if you talk to them on the phone. What kind of crap is that? Either way it doesn't matter if they don't price match anyway so what's the point. Just remember before you waste your time with these people you're going to get a *** deal.

Deceptive Business Practices

I ordered a part and needed it asap so I selected "Overnight Shipping" and paid $85 for it. I got and email stating it would arrive 6 days after i ordered it.

It told me I should expect it on Friday... by paying the $85 so I paid... A follow up email said next Wednesday. I was not happy so I called and said I paid to have it over nighted..

I was told by the rude boy... "When we ship it we will overnight it and we will not ship it until Monday or Tuesday. When I asked for a refund I was told refunds are not guaranteed and they will review it in 3-5 business days. Then I will see the refund in 2-3 business days after the decision.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and the boy said "no, I told you the policy and it will not change." Avoid this company... they are just a scam.

They sell a seat cover called canvas. The material i received i could poke my finger through. It wouldnt have lasted 6 months. Cost $160 but want to charge $50 just to process the return
